The people that nailed Jesus to the cross?

Heaven or Hell?The people that nailed Jesus to the cross?
if all man's sins were forgiven then heaven.The people that nailed Jesus to the cross?
sure there is! there's on old saying that goes: '; hell is other people'; and another that goes: ';hell is missed opportunities';

He went there to be the sacrificial Lamb for our sins. So really we all nailed him the cross. If the men that nailed him repented themselves they would be forgiven.

Nailing Jesus to the cross never sent them to hell, rejecting Christ did. Everyone has the choice to receive or deny, not just these men.
Jesus said, when he hung on that Cross,';Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they do.';

Heaven.

Elysabeth
The Romans nailed thousands and thousands of Jews including Jesus to the cross, so what do you think.
Jesus forgave them on the cross. I would say that'd get them into heaven but it depends on how God weighed the choices they made after that. The Bible doesn't say how they lived after Jesus died, though.
since there was no single Jesus figure...and Christ is an archetype....and the death narratives are Myths....albeit reflecting a historical form of putting people to death....It is hard to answer your question.

By the way..Heaven and Hell are not places or destinations but an understanding of the ';here and now'; - and we must accept responsibility for our own actions for it is how we interact with others that determines where we ';are'; in the present.
They were Roman soldiers doing what they were told to do. And it is not our place to judge.
Crucifixion was a common punishment for people back at that time and place.

What separates those from the people in the US that vote for and carry out capital punishment ? Nothing.
depends if they repent or not i think. such as there was a centurion who displayed faith. perhaps he would go to heaven. but anybody who was against Jesus and did not repent before they died, they would be damned definitely.
Actually I believe that Jesus stated at the time ';Forgive them Father, for they know not what they do.'; Does that answer the question?
Only God can read hearts, He will judge. Also do your history work, Jesus was killed in Rome by Romans, at that time people were nailed to a stake not a cross, and left to bleed to death.
If they repented right before death then heaven...Hopefully, they did!!! Merry Christmas to you!!!
Depends if they accepted Jesus into their heart before they died and asked for forgiveness.
allegory said: let his blood be on ';us';, of them/us.
As Jesus was dying on the cross, He looked towards Heaven and said '; Father forgive them, for they know not what they do ';
I raelly don't know. Hard to say really.
Good question, honestly- no one knows.

They did a horrible deed, but it is possible they saw the light after it happend.... it was also needed to happen so they kinda helped to save us.
did not exist because there never was a man called jesus christ
You people are screaming HELL but according to your bible there are no unforgivable sins. Kind of two sided dont you think?

Personaly, I would have either thumb-tacked,stapled or super glued him to it.
Yeah yeah. Blame the common worker. That is all a soldier is, just a worker. They are the ones who did the nailing. Its a job. ';You or me'; is the way they had to think about it.....';and I would rather it be you';.

They did their job as they were told. Judge the ones who gave the order(and that would be the Jews). The Romans were just doing what the locals demanded of government in the area.

Some things are ';just not so'; clear cut.

Besides, what difference would it make to you? None. You are not gonna meet them.
Hell for many many years, but nobody stays there forever. Why would God make people, ignorant people, and put them in a suppressive universe and them send them to hell forever when out of ignorance they kill His Avatar? Nothing last forever expect God.
I THINK that when Jesus was nailed to the cross, he asked his father (God) to forgive them.

He said something like:

';Father, forgive them; for they do not know.';

I dont remember. Its been awhile since I read that part of the bible.

So, if God forgave them, then they should have went to Heaven..
I dont know cause they didnt really know who they were dealing with but if it were up to me then i would say hell
It depends wether or not they got forgiveness and put their trust in him as their personal Savior---if not they are probably in hell today---if they did they are enjoying the pleasures of heaven!
i have no idea
heaven if they understood they did the wrong thing. One of the soldiers the New Testament says, understood he nailed the Messiah to the cross and repented. What the soldiers did was a physical manifestation of what we do every day mentally.
Depends on whether they later came to faith in Christ. The apostle Paul was involved in murdering the first Christian martyre, but he later came to faith in Christ and was saved.
None of our business hehe.
the bible don't say.......they could have been christians.....the man that got the town to crucify Christ was a diciple at one time and he was saved!!
hell
Hell, definitally.
