He's not supposed to have one...the story says He ascended bodily into Heaven...if you're talking about the tomb the put him in before the Resurrection story takes place, I doubt they marked it at all....after all, the way He was discovered ';gone'; was by the women who came to annoint the body.What did they write on Jesus's grave stone,.. No need for a gravestone....it was a borrowed tomb anyway. I doubt they had the time to get a stone errected. It was only three days and Jesus was ressurected. It look like 4 weeks for them to get my Grandmother's stone to her grave site and we are talking about modern times here. LOL.
Nothing on the stone, because there wasn't time. He wasn't in there long enough.





The stone was sealed and guarded.





But, on the cross upon which he was crucified, they nailed a sign that read ';Jesus of Nazareth, King of the Jews.';

If you had bothered to read the story you would know better than that. He was laid to rest in a tomb that was borrowed for the purpose, NOT buried like we are today.
It probably said Joseph of Arimathea which is why his followers couldn't find his body when they checked the cemetery.
He didn't stay in the grave long enough to have something engraved
Jesus of Nazareth, King of Jews. This is what they placed on His Cross. I don't think there was anything noted on His tomb. God Bless...
