The point was NOT to get killed. The point was to do the right thing, even if it provokes the bad guys to kill you. There are some things more important than personal survival. You just don't get it, do you? To begin with he didn't get anything. It was allowed and given up freely. And he wasn't just any Christian. He was the Son of God, the Redeamer of man, The Prince of Peace, The only sinless man to ever walk the face of the earth, He never hurt anyone, only having love and compassion for his people. Hes more than just an example Hes My Lord and Saviour. And What an Example He is!!!!!!!!!
