What was nailed to the cross?

Watch someone say, ';Jesus was nailed to the cross!'; I didn't who was nailed to the cross. We all know Jesus was. The way you answer the question I posted influences your Christian walk. Could it mean that some laws in the O.T. were fulfilled at the cross and only the laws of the N.T. apply today. Some church leaders clain the O.T. laws were nailed to the cross while other say that the special covenant between God and the biological descendants of Abraham was nailed to the cross. Even others say, the Ten Commandments. There is a correct answer, and few even understand where and how to locate the proper response.What was nailed to the cross?
The WHOLE LAW...

The distinction of a ';ceremonial law'; or some other PIECE of the law is purely a human distinction. It cannot be supported from the Bible itself. ';Nailed to the cross'; is an allusion to Colossians 2:14. ';He wiped out the written Law with its rules. The Law was against us. It opposed us. He took it away and nailed it to the cross…'; Paul uses kind of a ';technical formula'; in a similar passage in Ephesians telling us specifically WHAT was nailed to the cross:

Ephesians 2:15 ';He did this by ending the system of law with its commandments and regulations. He made peace between Jews and Gentiles by creating in himself one new people from the two groups.';

... He did not put an end to PART of the law, rather, the text tells us it was THE law, including commandments and decrees (the Greek word translated ';commandments'; here is used in several contexts where it directly refers to the ';Ten Commandments). The definite article (the) attached to the word ';law'; in this text nullifies any attempt to splinter pieces and come up with PART of the law being done away with. Such attempts violate the language of this text itself. Definite articles in Greek do not allow such a splintering of the noun which they ';describe.';

... Yes, I said ';done away with.'; Jesus himself PREDICTED the END of the law.

…OK, I know people will remind me that Jesus said he didn’t come to destroy the law, but to fulfill it, (Matthew 5:17) but this DOES NOT MEAN THE LAW IS STILL IN EFFECT. The result was the same, once fulfilled, the law was no longer in effect.

Now, let's look at the very next verse from his statement above, Matthew 5:18. Here Jesus LOOKS FORWARD to the time when the law WOULD BE SET ASIDE. ';...Not even the smallest stroke of a pen will disappear from the Law UNTIL EVERYTHING IS COMPLETED.';

This “UNTIL” clause REINFORCES THE TEMPORARY NATURE OF THE LAW. It ONLY makes sense when we understand that the law was intended FROM THE BEGINNING to be SET ASIDE.What was nailed to the cross?
Jesus was nailed to the cross, literally. Figuratively, the Mosaic Law Code was nailed to the cross, which includes the ten commandments. Jesus fulfilled the Law. The covenant relationship between the Israelites and God came to an end because they didn't accept Jesus as the Messiah.
Paul was the one who said that the Law or the whole of the Jewish Covenant was nailed to the cross, in the sense that it was abolished. Of course, this goes directly against what Jesus said that he had come to confirm the Law and the Prophets, in a word, Judaism. If Jesus was Christ, it's only obvious that Paul was the Antichrist.
the Mosaic law

Col 2:14 Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;

Col 2:15 [And] having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.

Outline of Biblical Usage 1) doctrine, decree, ordinance

a) of public decrees

b) of the Roman Senate

c) of rulers

2) the rules and requirements of the law of Moses; carrying a suggestion of severity and of threatened judgment

3) of certain decrees of the apostles relative to right living
What ended at the cross was the appropriateness of blood sacrifice in the temple. As Dan. said 'sacrifice and oblation will cease.'. The Law is the marriage covenant. If you reject that, you thus reject the Savior YAHOSHUA.

38 And an inscription also was written over Him in letters of Greek, Latin, and Hebrew:[a]

THIS IS THE KING OF THE JEWS.
no, it was a man who looked a like 'eesaa [jesus] 'alaihi salaam. he didn't die on some so-called cross for anyones sins. if you believe that how about this? once apon a time there were 3 bears, a poppa' bear, a momma' bear %26amp; a baby bear. 'eesaa [jesus] 'alaihi salaam was nothing more than an outstanding prophet of allah [god] ta'alaa.
All the sins of all mankind, including mine and yours. As well as the curse that was the result of sin.
When Jesus was nailed to the cross, He took all our sins and transgressions with Him. Our Savior was nailed to the cross and died for us.
a sign saying Jesus of nazareth,king of the jews was nailed above Jesus.s head when they crucified him. INRI
We dont live under the 10 commandments and never have. They were only for the Jews from Moses coming down from the mount until Jesus's resurrection.

When Jesus resurrected, the old Mosaic covenant was fulfilled and completed by Christ and a new and better covenant took its place., the covenant of Grace.

Heb 8

6 But now Jesus, our High Priest, has been given a ministry that is far superior to the old priesthood, for he is the one who mediates for us a far better covenant with God, based on better promises.

7 If the first covenant had been faultless, there would have been no need for a second covenant to replace it. 8 But when God found fault with the people, he said:

“The day is coming, says the Lord,

when I will make a new covenant

with the people of Israel and Judah.

9 This covenant will not be like the one

I made with their ancestors

when I took them by the hand

and led them out of the land of Egypt.

They did not remain faithful to my covenant,

so I turned my back on them, says the Lord.

10 But this is the new covenant I will make

with the people of Israel on that day,[c] says the Lord:

I will put my laws in their minds,

and I will write them on their hearts.

I will be their God,

and they will be my people.
