No one could ever thwart the purposes of God. Jesus came to die for the world and that includes you and I. Suppose you go back in time and prevent Jesus from being nailed to the cross, what would happen?
I'd say you'd never have a chance. And for those saying that people would ask who Jesus is.....He was quite well known. Yes, there is proof outside of the Bible of Him being a real person. You can find that here.

I'd probably just give him a Bible. As a Jew, as soon as he realises someone is going to end up worshipping him, he'd probably become a hermit for the rest of his life.

If you believe that a messiah was nailed to the cross, you'd already know that you couldn't stop what your god put into place.
We would probably be living in space since we all came together as one species and one planet. Exploring the universe.
Nothing in the world could have stopped it from happening. No manner or man, beast, or spirit.
No one would remember him.
