I'm always interested in the special effects used in the crucifixion scenes in films about Jesus.Was Lothaire Bluteau really nailed to the cross in Jesus of Montreal?
Blue screen tricks and prostetics for the wrists same as in The Passions of the Christ. No one is actually nailed to a cross in either.
